Herefordshire is best known for its cider and castle that take up a decent amount of land. Herefordshire is a posh area as 85% of the county’s poshest properties are being bought up constantly by wealthy Londoners. Herefordshire’s name is Welsh, which means  “old road” and the Romans used to inhabit this county where they created various settlements on the land. Herefordshire boasts about a plethora of products such as snails and asparagus, however, they love to eat steaks with cider and crisp called Tyrells.
